A New Pathway To Be Certified As A Group Reformer InstructorÂ
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Develop the knowledge, practical skills and critical thinking required to confidently instruct safe, effective and results-focused Group Reformer classes.
This is a new pathway created by Reformer Academy and AUSactive to certify instructors exclusively in Group Reformer Instruction.Â
This is not a Pilates certificate. Our approach is unique to the industry because our training is not based on Pilates methodology or principles.
The key difference is our focus on fundamental training principles in Reformer Education. Â
Anyone coming from a background in fitness will be familiar with the philosophy of training target muscle groups and the principle of progressive overload. Â
Reformer Academy uses a load scaling strategy in reformer exercise to achieve optimal clients outcomes in the group class environment.Â
Nathan Ross Rees based his methodology on fundamental training principles, combined with a proprietary Group Reformer teaching strategy to achieve outstanding client results.
You will be set-up for success with systems specifically designed to be effective in Group Reformer training.
