- Get moving first with a MasterClass!
- Learn the first principles of results focused Reformer Workouts
- How reformer workouts are simply resistance training (Load: Bodyweight or Spring Tension)
- How spring tension will determine which muscle group is targeted and the level of intensity
- How each clients experience with spring tension is relative to their body mass
- Streamline Teaching Method (system for studio consistency in class delivery)
- Understanding how stability and complexity are elements in exercise which can be administered intentionally
- How to look after the range of ability levels in group classes by controlling how fast clients fatigue
- How to integrate progressive overload into your teaching method for ongoing client results
- Selective Cueing Strategies
- Reformer Class Programming
Instructors will learn how to:
- Intentionally administer load (loading strategy)
- Intentionally adapt load overtime to guarantee client results (progressive overload)
- Intentionally adapt stability and complexity in reformer exercises to serve clients needs
- Intuitively adapt spring tension to client body mass
Instructors will learn how every exercise can be simplified to:
- Muscle Group
- Load
- Progression Strategy
This focus empowers instructors to prioritise client results in reformer classes. Creating more aligned and confident instructors that consistency delivery better client experiences.
